Are you tired of me talking about how diets don’t work yet? 🤔 Yes, I know—you diet, you lose weight, BAM. It works, right? But what if you’re already healthy at your size right now?

What happens when you stop the diet?

What happens when you stop denying yourself the foods you once loved? 🍿

  • Are you avoiding fun and friends? 🎉
Do you bring your own food to every gathering? Are you worried what one bowl of chips will do to your body?

  • You can eat what you want, for health, and with respect. 🌿
Your body can take care of you—when you learn to listen to it.

Self-Care Steps to Begin Intuitive Eating:

  1. Physical Self-Care: Move your body in ways that feel good—not as punishment, but as nourishment. 🚶‍♀️

  2. Emotional Self-Care: Notice when you’re stressed or upset. Use coping skills and lean on support. 🤗

  3. Relational Self-Care: Spend focused time with loved ones—phone away—and enjoy the moment. 📵❤️

  4. Boundaries: Say “no” when you need to—protect your time and energy. ✋

When you love yourself, you respect yourself. You feed your body when it’s hungry, rest when it’s tired, and move when it craves activity

You can eat what you want, you can eat for health, and you can respect your body.

You can take care of yourself. Your body can take care of you.

When you learn to listen to your body you learn to:

  • feed it nutritious foods

  • you learn to stop eating when full

  • you learn to eat when hungry

  • you learn to eat foods you crave

  • you learn to move your body so it is healthy and active

🤚 Today’s Commitment

Raise your right hand and repeat after me:

  • Today I will notice how foods taste and make me feel. 😋

  • Today I will choose foods that bring me joy and nourishment. 🍌

  • Today I will honor my body’s signals of fullness. ✋

  • Today I will move my body in a way that feels good. 💃

  • Today I will look kindly at my body and treat it with love and respect. ❤️
