Full Moon, Renewal Meditation and Sound Bath

Sign up today for a transformative experience of relaxation, meditation and connection through sound vibrations of singing bowls, drums, chimes and other natural instruments.

The full snow moon symbolizes a pause in the depths of winter to sit dormant and make a plan for renewal. Join us as we open our hearts to make space for all of that goodness to come to enter, followed by a sound immersion to let those good vibes settle in.

*** Come a little early for a cup of tea as a ceremonial start to the practice. Please bring your favorite blanket and pillow if you would like.

HYGGE Womens Self-Care Workshop

Brief Summary of Event:

Hygge is “a quality of cosiness (feeling warm, comfortable, and safe) that comes from doing simple things such as lighting candles, baking, or spending time at home with your family.” I also really like the following definition: “the absence of anything annoying or emotionally overwhelming; taking pleasure from the presence of gentle, soothing things”, according to the land of Nord.

As the days get darker and colder and busier you find you want to feel love and connected. You want to feel cozy and we have this social event to help you deal with your seasonal affective disorder, and learn the art of coziness - how to care for yourself and how to let other people care for you too.
