We are starting groups to help individuals manage intense emotions. Groups are a great option to help manage mental health symptoms through:

  1. Social Support: Groups at TSC provide a supportive environment where individuals can connect with others who are facing similar challenges. This sense of community and understanding can help reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness, and provide a valuable support system.

  2. Perspective and Feedback. Groups at TSC allows individuals to gain different perspectives on your own issues and challenges. Hearing how others have coped or overcome similar struggles can provide new insights and strategies for managing your own mental health.

  3. Skill Building: Groups at TSC involve learning and practicing new coping skills, communication techniques, and problem solving strategies. Through group discussions and activities, you can develop important skills that can help manage your mental health symptoms and navigate difficult situations in your life.

We have several current group options available to help meet a number of needs, but are also developing more groups and wellness services to help support mental health. Please complete the form below if you, or a loved one, may benefit from group therapy. Once we receive notice of your interest a member of our team will reach out to you and discuss our options and how to enroll in our groups.
