You Belong Here: LGBTQIA+ Mental Health, Affirming Care, and Finding Your People
Pride Month is a celebration — but it's also a reminder that being LGBTQIA+ in this world is still genuinely hard, and that hard has a real impact on mental health. Here's what affirming care actually means at TSC, and why community matters as much as therapy.

LGBTQIA 🏳️🌈 🏳️⚧️ TEEN GROUP - NOW ENROLLING!
This group is for queer teens looking for an uplifting community and positive vibes! Many (if not most) teens feel alone and misunderstood, and queer teens in particular are at risk of lacking a supportive community. Join us Wednesday evenings for fun activities centered around reducing stress, increasing emotion regulation skills, and self-acceptance, self-compassion, and empowerment. Our goal is for teens to leave this group with an awareness of their values, recognition of their many strengths, and an assortment of coping skills. The heart of this group is its safe, affirming environment. Bring your big emotions, wear comfy clothes, and come prepared for some exploration!
