I am dedicated to helping my clients rebuild a sense of control and empowerment in their lives. In my therapeutic sessions, I create a safe, collaborative, and compassionate environment, ensuring that client needs are met in a genuine, authentic, and empathetic manner.

My Qualifications & Philosophies

I am a LPC-Associate; a member of both the American Counseling Association and the American Mental Health Counselors Association, and I am committed to staying current with new research and evidence-based practices. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Capella University and continued my education at Texas Tech University Health Science Center where I obtained my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

My experience is working with teens, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of challenges, including chronic pain, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, the unique struggles that come with aging, and many other issues. I firmly believe in the intrinsic dignity, worth, and value of every person I encounter.
