Jessica Fellinger RD, LD is a registered dietitian at Texoma Specialty Counseling.  She focuses on eating disorders, eating attitudes, and overall nutrition and wellness.  She utilizes a dietetics style that is based in intuitive eating with a health at every size mentality.  She is an all foods fit dietitian.  There are no bad foods. Unless someone is allergic or the food is poisoned.  She is trained to do medical nutrition therapy concerning a variety of disease states including diabetes, heart disease, and hypertension, in addition to eating disorders and maladaptive attitudes towards food and exercise. The mind and body are intricately connected.  Balance is key.

She graduated with an Associate’s of Arts degree in Theology as well as a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2018.  She completed her Didactic Program in Dietetics in 2021 through The University of Alabama.  Her dietetic internship through Illinois State University was completed in 2022.  She is currently working on her Master’s of Science in Clinical Dietetics through The University of Alabama.

She loves animals, especially cats.  Coffee runs through her veins.  Jessica also enjoys many activities such as singing, kayaking with friends, hiking, playing the violin, dancing, and trying delicious, and sometimes novel, foods.
